1. Acceptance

By creating an organization on WazzCon, you accept these terms. WazzCon is operated by Athena Metrics.

2. Service description

WazzCon is a multi-tenant customer-messaging platform that lets operators connect their own messaging channels (WhatsApp Cloud API, WhatsApp QR, Instagram DM, Telegram, web chat) under a Bring Your Own App model. WazzCon does not act as a Meta Tech Provider or a BSP for your traffic.

3. Operator responsibilities

• Comply with the Terms of Service of each connected channel (Meta Platform Policy, WhatsApp Business Policy, Instagram Platform Policy, Telegram ToS).
• Obtain consent from your customers before sending marketing / promotional messages and respect 24-hour customer-service windows where applicable.
• Keep your API keys, access tokens, and app secrets secure; rotate them when compromised.

4. Acceptable use

Spam, harassment, illegal content, and any activity violating the connected channel's policy are forbidden. Violations may result in immediate suspension.

5. Service availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Connected channels (Meta, Telegram) have their own uptime characteristics outside our control.

6. Liability

WazzCon is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of business, data, or revenue arising from third-party channel outages, account suspensions, or data breaches by upstream providers.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified via email to organization admins. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
